Renew your passport or apply for a passport card in 5 Simple steps

1. Locate your nearest DFA approved Photo-Me® booth CLICK HERE
2. Take your image * (€8 option) you will be provided with unique Passport Photo Code
3. Go to the Department of Foreign Affairs website
4. Select Photo Code on My Passport Photo page before selecting Photo-Me® as your provider
5. Enter your unique Passport Code and confirm that the photo belongs to you. Agree to the terms and conditions to proceed.

*There is no need for witnessing the forms or visiting An Garda Síochána. Once the form is submitted, DFA will process your request.

Photo-Me®’s face-recognition software ensures that customers’ ID photos meet the 75 criteria required by the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) to ensure a viable passport photo.
